Triple P - Family Transitions
Is supporting parents who are making the transition through separation or divorce. It aims to prevent severe behavioural, emotional and developmental problems in children and adolescents by enhancing the knowledge, skills and confidence in parents to make a smooth transition.

Triple P - Family Transitions allows for Families to work on their co-parenting relationship and/or how to have more confidence in handling difficult situations and conversations with the other parent. The parents are never in the same group to ensure that open and honest conversations can occur with peer support and support of the trainer.
This is a (5) five session course of 120 minutes each week for five weeks.
What happens next?
After successful completion of the Triple P - Family Transitions course, you will be provided with a certificate of completion which can be used to provide to lawyers, judges, Children's Aid Society workers, etc. AND you've had the opportunity to develop new skills in managing your family's transition.
